Extended terms and conditions - Black November
All orders purchased on Singles Day, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday have extended terms:
- Due to the high volume of orders, it is not possible to change or cancel your order. You are welcome to place a new order and return the unwanted items afterwards.
- The items in your cart are not reserved. The only way to secure the items is to complete your checkout.
Extended terms and conditions - Christmas
- Orders purchased from the 1st of November have prolonged return until the 11th of January 2022.
- We dispatch orders until the 23rd December. We recommend that you place your order before the 15th of December if you need the package in time for Christmas.
There are several payment options available on our site. You can either pay with: VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard or American Express.
All transactions are handled by Stripe payment service. Your credit card number is sent by an encrypted connection to your bank and is safe. Stripe is a leading payment service on the market.
Prices, customs, and currencies
If you are a customer living in a EU-country; When placing an order at our webshop, the price will include VAT. Your payment will include VAT and shipping costs. No additional cost will be charged once the package reaches your destination country.
Rapid Wear is not responsible for any changes in currency value or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging in your country’s currency.
We offer Europe-wide delivery.
All our orders are shipped by standard mail. The estimated time of delivery to EU-countries are 3 - 6 business days.
Dut to the new regulations, we do not ship to United Kingdom at the moment. All orders placed from United Kingdom will therefore be cancelled.
You have the right to exchange or return your order within 30 days of receiving them. The item(s) have to be un-used with labels and packaging intact. When you return an item(s), you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will give you a full refund. However, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.
We do not take responsibility for any item(s) lost during the return shipping.

Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged item(s), please contact us through the contact form and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your preference.
Important: Please state your order number.
*Your order number starts with RW and ends with 7 numbers.
When placing your order, you will be asked to submit some personal data. This information will not be sent to a third party.
