Corona situation

The following European countries are closing their pickup points due to the Coronavirus, and as an act to minimize the spread:

Belgium, Estonia, France, Netherlands, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, Germany and Austria

Therefore all packages will be shipped with home delivery, which means that your package will be delivered at your home address instead of a pickup point. Due to the actions taken to minimize the spread of the Coronavirus, you might experience some delays in the estimated delivery time and we hope for your understanding.

Payment options

There are several payment options available on our site. You can either pay with: VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard or American Express.

Security

All transactions are handled by Stripe payment service. Your credit card number is sent by an encrypted connection to your bank and is safe. Stripe is a leading payment service on the market.

Prices, customs, and currencies

If you are a customer living in a EU-country; When placing an order at our webshop, the price will include VAT. Your payment will include VAT and shipping costs. No additional cost will be charged once the package reaches your destination country.

Rapid Wear is not responsible for any changes in currency value or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging in your country’s currency.

Delivery/shipping

We offer Europe-wide delivery.
All our orders are shipped by standard mail. The estimated time of delivery to EU-countries are 3 - 6 business days.

Returns policy

You have the right to exchange or return your order within 30 days of receiving them. The item(s) have to be un-used with labels and packaging intact. When you return an item(s), you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will give you a full refund. However, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.

We do not take responsibility for any item(s) lost during the return shipping.

Complaint policy

Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged item(s), please contact us through the contact form and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your preference.

*Your order number starts with RW and ends with 7 numbers.
